Gerald Clemente is a co-founder and serves as the director of sales at Aite Group. Mr. Clemente co-manages the firm’s business development efforts, and he advises prospects, clients, and partners on selecting the appropriate mixture of research services and consulting engagements. Mr. Clemente has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry with a strong focus on the world’s leading banks and asset management firms.
Prior to joining Aite Group, Mr. Clemente headed the sales operations for COR Financial Solutions in the Americas. Mr. Clemente originally joined the PARAGON group within the then-Thomson Financial Treasury Solutions Group in 1998 (TFTS was subsequently acquired by COR). During his tenure with COR/TFTS, Mr. Clemente led the organization’s sales force in securing business with some of the largest banks, broker-dealers, and asset management firms in the world. Prior to that, he worked as an account executive for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Reynolds Securities Inc., where he was recognized as one of the top producers in his class and honored with several awards for account and asset growth. Mr. Clemente’s primary focus with MSDW centered around his work with asset allocation strategies and fixed income securities.
Mr. Clemente holds a B.S. from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, where he majored in Business Administration and Accounting. Mr. Clemente has also held securities licenses, including Series 7, 31, 63, and 65.
