Michael Ormsby is a global sales director at Aite Group, responsible for business development and account management for the New York metropolitan area. In this role he partners with prospects and clients to understand their initiatives and connect them with the appropriate research resources. Michael brings to Aite Group more than 10 years of experience in the market research and consulting industry.
Before joining Aite Group, Mr. Ormsby was a senior account manager at Yankee Group, where he worked with senior executives in the communications industry to harness emerging mobility solutions. Preceding his time at Yankee Group, he held senior roles in new business sales and account management at IDC and Forrester Research. Prior to his time in the research industry, Mr. Ormsby gleaned extensive experience selling technology solutions and services across multiple vertical markets. He has received several awards for surpassing sales and account management goals.
Mr. Ormsby holds a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University.
